Extended countertop space + kitchen table! - (2) Bedrooms includes : 1 Queen Bed + Closet + Blackout Shades - (1) Bathroom : Walk in seamless shower - Two outdoor porches with seating for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails! - FREE off street parking for (2) vehicles. Parking is usually available right in front of home. - Pet friendly for friendly pets! Please message us for pet approval PRIOR to booking. Non-refundable pet fee of $200 applies. Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process to incorporate the pet fee into the total price. Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals permitted. Other Details to Note
Note : House is a 1900s historic home. While all living spaces are separate, there is a chance you may hear some slight noise from movement. While it is not bothersome to most, we always like to disclose everything to potential guests prior to booking. We do ask everyone to be respectful of quiet hours for other guests.

We are in a quaint historic district that is very residential yet very walkable to all that downtown has to offer. .2 Miles to riverfront and city center. 1 mile to Live Oak Pavilion. Sidewalks line the streets for easy strolling and many of the surrounding homes have historic plaques to share their past. A ghost tour, a walking tour, and a carriage tour all pass our home daily!

This is a shared property. This house is a duplex and Captain's Courtyard, the downstairs, ground level, unit is its entire separate space. Potential guests may be renting the downstairs or use common space. Each space has its own private entrance and the spaces are not connected on the interior at all. There is separate assigned parking. The outdoor courtyard is considered a shared space

Free street parking provided for up to (2) Vehicles. The neighborhood and area is also very walkable or bikeable with sidewalks in almost all of downtown for safe transport. Uber/Lyft is also readily available.
