Ideal location! Just a few blocks off of the beach and right by the pier. Easy walking distance for the pier, beach days and the restaurants/activities by the pier. The home was cozy, clean and the decor was smart and inviting with lots of charm and character! 0 complaints!

We loved how close it was to the beach and loved the outdoor area with the patio lights - it was magical sitting there after a long day. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and spacious (a good shower is essential after a long day at the beach!). Also random but the linens and towels smelled really good and that’s also a nice plus :) Nothing negative to say!

The location was perfect, the host was very welcoming and responsive. I was delighted that my two furry children were permitted to enter the property; they were able to enjoy the yard at the back.

The property was very clean and welcoming! Very charming set up with a great backyard and easy walk to the beach and shops and restaurants in town. Additionally, the property owners were kind and easy to get in contact with for checking in or questions. Nothing negative to report about this property.

This review is based on a long term stay. Pros- GREAT location, private parking area, cozy apartment, yard with fire pit, pet friendly. Cons- very loud if guests are staying in the upstairs unit, no dresser to unpack folded clothes, low sunlight in the apartment.

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus in toller, zentraler Lage nur wenige Schritte von Downtown Wilmington! Alles absolut makellos sauber und gepflegt. Bequeme Betten und toll ausgestattet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Decor was comfortable, high end and well maintained. The location was amazing for walking to town for everything. The hosts were quick to reply with all our questions and needs.

Comfortable, cozy and spacious. Not far in location from anything. Perfect for my fiancee and myself. Will definitely stay again! Bed was so warm even though we had the ac ice cold. Cooked dinner several times and had to bring nothing but some groceries. Bathroom is so nice and wonderful. Backyard was lovely and outdoor showers if needed. Own parking in front made easy in and out.

Perfect little space! Traveled with our dog and brought our camp cooking/plate ware gear to make some meals at home and it was great. We will probably visit again.
